I hope in time the digital form of art can be a shortcut, a shorthand in fact, for experiencing said art in real life, even if that thing is printed media. Something you can feel with your hands that doesn’t feel like a piece of glass. Something that smells like a place you’ve never been to but feels comfortable.
I want to talk about the intention of this form, how I intend to communicate my voice. Unfortunately I cannot just let the work speak for itself. It must come through a medium, a documentation of the product, and increasingly expected is to document the process by which the things you see that are sold as “finished products” came to be. You can call it behind the scenes.
